135 Palm

International Designers by Rita Chraibi and renowned French furniture manufacturer, Roche Bobois have released their latest design masterpiece, 135 Palm Ave. Developed by Pascal Nicolai, founder of Sabal Development, the notable $35 million property overlooks Biscayne Bay and is located on Palm Island in Miami Beach. Spread across two floors of open space, the sprawling 15,731-square-foot villa features eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three powder rooms.
Rita Chraibi was selected as the designer of choice for this prestigious waterfront home for her unique and unprecedented signature style. The firm has a long history of working with Roche Bobois on projects around the world from cities in Europe to Dubai. Now, her firm brings this collaboration to Miami, creating a different design atmosphere from what is characteristically represented in the city. Fueled by a desire to surprise and offer the unexpected, International Designers selected pieces from Roche Bobois’ collaborations with Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix, Kenzo Takada, and fabric brands Lelievre Paris and Missoni Home.

“I knew this residence had to be exceptional in singularity. This is why I chose to design the home with crafted tailor-made pieces, just as a fashion designer creates a dress adapted to the model who will wear it during her walk down the runway. The combination of fashion and interior design was essential to elevating each space to its highest potential,” said Rita Chraibi, Founder of International Designers. “Working with Roche Bobois, who are experts in creating haute couture-styled furniture that breaks barriers, and our talented team of French designers and architects brought my vision to reality.”Rita Chraibi
