About Rita Chraibi
Raised in a family deeply connected to real estate development and construction, Rita Chraibi developed an early understanding of the making of exceptional homes — from proportion and craftsmanship to materials and the relationship between a residence and the life unfolding within it.
She later studied at École Camondo in Paris, where that instinct developed into a rigorous approach to interior design and creative composition.

Steinway Tower, New York, NY
In 2022, Louis Vuitton selected Rita Chraibi to conceive the interiors of the world’s first Louis Vuitton Private Residence at Steinway Tower in Manhattan.
Created as an exceptional residential setting for the Maison’s Objets Nomades collection, the residence was conceived as an immersive interior world rather than a conventional presentation of individual pieces.
Collectible design, contemporary art, refined materials, lighting, and bespoke furnishings were brought together within a singular residential narrative, allowing the Objets Nomades collection to exist naturally within the intimacy and atmosphere of a home.
For the bedrooms and other selected spaces, Rita designed custom beds and furnishings exclusively for the residence. These pieces were created through Maison Royale, her private atelier in France.
The result was a dialogue between collectible works and elements conceived expressly for the project, unified through one coherent interior vision.
Steinway Tower, New York – Only once
Residence 69 embodies Only Once, Rita Chraibi’s most exclusive expression of bespoke interior design.
The principle is absolute: an interior imagined for one residence, created once, and never repeated.
For Residence 69, the concept extends beyond the selection of materials or furnishings. The interior was conceived as an entirely individual composition, with its own material language, furniture, decorative elements, and atmosphere.
Through Maison Royale, her private atelier in France, Rita created the custom furnishings and bespoke elements developed specifically for the residence.
