For the first time in Louis Vuitton’s history, the renowned French fashion brand wanted to exhibit its Collection of furniture, “Objets Nomades” in a real estate project. Rita Chraibi as the Interior Designer for this unprecedented project designed in collaboration with Louis Vuitton, a unique Residence at 111W 57th Street, also known as Steinway Tower, a supertall residential world’s thinnest skyscraper in the Midtown Manhattan of New York City with unparalleled views of Central Park and developed by “JDS Development Group.”

“Rita Chraibi reveals the interiors of the first completed residence at Monad Terrace, designed by architect Jean Nouvel and developed by JDS Development Group in Miami Beach. Rita’s de-sign highlights her signature style, which uniquely fuses interior and fashion design to human-ize the space. As an ambassador for Roche Bobois, Rita is inspired by the furnishing of haute fashion icon Jean Paul Gaultier’s collection for the manufacturer and curated furniture designs exclusively from this collection. By default, the residence reflects the most distinctive aspects of haute couture high fashion and is an ode to the fashion house.”

Rita Chraibi’s Award-Winner For The Best Luxury Residence

In The World 2023

Rita Chraibi won the Interior Designer Award of the Year for The Best Luxury Residence in the World 2023 on her project at Residence 42 at 111 W 57th Street, New York, in collaboration with Louis Vuitton. 111 W 57th Street Street, also known as Steinway Tower, is an 84 Story Residential Skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan with incredible views of Central Park, developed by JDS Development Group. The Ceremony award was held last Friday, 8th September 2023, at the JW Marriott. Grosvenor House, London, UK.

About Our Founder

Architecture & Design… A Family History

French Moroccan interior designer Rita Chraibi, discovered her passion for architecture and interior design at an early age. As the granddaughter of one of Morocco’s pioneering women in real estate development of the 1950s, Rita Chraibi followed in her grandmother’s footsteps after graduating from Ecole Camondo School in Paris. Rita opened her own agency, International Designers in Morocco in 2013, and continues her international recognition by launching new offices in 2018, in NYC and Miami in the United States. She introduced her European design expertise and French “Art de Vivre” influence through modern, luxury designs to residential and hospitality projects in the United States, Europe,the Middle East, and North Africa.
