The Steinway Tower

Louis Vuitton, a luxury fashion brand, has partnered with the developer, JDS Development Group, to present the Louis Vuitton Residence at 111W 57th Street in New York which was Louis Vuitton’s first collaboration with a developer on a luxury real estate project. The exclusive residence was designed by the renowned interior designer Rita Chraibi, who created a masterpiece with her unique design vision. The Louis Vuitton Residence is located in Midtown Manhattan and complements the iconic Steinway Tower, known as the world’s thinnest skyscraper. The residence boasts stunning views of Central Park, making it a high level of luxury living.
Rita Chraibi designs with her unique style of combining dynamic fashion with ultra-luxury interior design. The Monad Terrace project in Miami Beach, designed by French architect Jean Nouvel and developed by JDS Development Group, is one of the most beautiful real estate projects. Her approach to design reflects the distinctive aspects of haute couture and complements Jean Nouvel’s vision for interior, exterior, and landscape architecture. For the interior fashioning of Monad Terrace, Rita Chraibi collaborated with Jean Paul Gaultier to create a sophisticated and elegant collection of furniture and design.
I aimed to capture the playful spirit of Jean Paul Gaultier, who is famously known as “L'enfant terrible” (the terrible child) of the fashion industry. To push the boundaries of conventional fashion, my goal was to recreate the touch of madness and fantasy mixed with the extreme elegance characteristic of Jean Paul Gaultier's work. For me, this project represents the epitome of luxury and refinement.
Arte Surfside

Rita Chraibi is collaborating with FENDI to design an 8000 sqft penthouse in Arte Surfside, Miami Beach. The Penthouse is expected to be completed by November 2024. Rita is well-known for her exceptional craftsmanship from France and Italy, particularly in millwork and design. Through Fendi Penthouse, Rita Chraibi will establish a new standard of excellence and creativity in luxury interior design. Her concept for this penthouse is to push the boundaries of excellence to the extreme by leveraging her interiors and blending their trademark styles to create a luxurious and unique space that shows expertise and collaborates with the Fendi brand. Rita Chraibi will create a masterpiece using her exceptional skills and design expertise. The result will be an outstanding showcase of luxury interior design.
