About Only Once
Only Once is a unique interior design concept French designer Rita Chraibi created. Rita’s philosophy rejects the norms of showroom and catalog sourcing.
Instead, she creates exclusive, custom-made designs tailored to a singular space and client—never to be repeated.
Only Once exclusively revealed the power of an interior, marking a new chapter in the Bespoke concept where the French designer transformed handmade furniture into works of art.
‘’ Only Once is like dressing a supermodel for a once-in-a-lifetime runway show. Creating a unique piece that will never be repeated is an original but challenging thing, making every interior a masterpiece.”

The philosophy behind Only Once
Rita Chraibi brings her concept to life with exquisite attention to detail, crafting a luxurious yet subtle elegance through impeccable materials, including exclusive marbles complemented by brass accents and custom millwork.
She selects fabrics from top brands like Dedar, collaborating with Hermès to provide the finest fabrics and wallpapers. Partnered with Philippe Fluchaire’s millwork factory, she creates unique pieces for the Only Once Concept.
Influenced by iconic designers like Jacques Émile Ruhlman, Paul Dupre-Lafon, and Jean Michel Frank, Rita crafts high-end furniture with rare woods like rosewood, Macassar ebony, and oak, embodying a timeless Only Once philosophy.
Only Once also boasts custom pieces from distinguished furniture makers, such as Selene della Ca’ d’Oro, showcasing an array of world-class artisanship. The exclusive collection highlights works from celebrated designers like Lorenzo Perone, Melissa Herrington, and Giorgio Tentolini, among others. This collaboration reflects Chraibi’s commitment to blending high art with functional, luxurious living.
“Art is a fundamental truth,” Chraibi remarks. “It brings authenticity to the spaces I design and elevates them beyond the ordinary.”
"Only Once" at Residence 69

In collaboration with Dedar, Chraibi’s fabric choices bring a rich texture that elevates the handmade furniture to art. Art itself plays a central role, featuring Robert Markell’s rare watercolors in the master bedroom and curated pieces from Galleria Ca d’Or throughout, adding sophistication and narrative.
“Art is a fundamental truth,” Chraibi remarks, “It brings authenticity and elevates spaces beyond the ordinary.”
Ed Westwick chooses Rita Chraibi for a one-of-a-kind design experience
A standout moment at the unveiling of Residence 69 was the appearance of international star Ed Westwick.
Recently, Ed and his wife Amy announced they’re expecting their first child, and they’ve chosen Rita Chraibi to create a unique nursery in their London home.
Inspired by Rita’s artistry, which first captivated Ed with her iconic Louis Vuitton Residence, the couple sees her Only Once concept as the perfect fit for their new addition’s space. This exclusive approach involves designing spaces as one-of-a-kind creations that capture a singular moment in time, elevating luxury to an entirely new level.
